Like the headline says - this is an excellent bike. I think it is fair to describe it as stable and comfortable yet quick and sporty. It is steel AND relatively lightweight. The site (to which I have no affiliation) gives a well-written review (of the '12 model) that's worth reading. I'm a novice road rider but I wanted to get something mid-range as this might be the only road bike I ever purchase. Most people will probably end up replacing the saddle (although it isn't that bad) but that seems to be standard fair. Everyone is different but I am definitely happy with this choice. It's a fun and freeing ride. Find it on spring sale or, better yet, fall closeout, and it's also a great deal.
